**About the business**
Our client is an ASX 300 Financial Services organisation. They operate across Australia & New Zealand and offer diversified financial services including fleet leasing and management. They are a dynamic, growing business with great reputation. With a strong corporate culture, they attach high importance to the growth and development of their employees. They are currently seeking to recruit a Treasury Analyst in Melbourne (permanent full time).

**About the role**
Part of the Finance team, the Treasury Analyst will report directly to the Treasury Manager. The focus of the role will be responsible for cash management, producing treasury/liquidity reports and for interest rate hedging.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Analysing treasury portfolio and ensuring compliance with trust portfolio
- Ensuring overall compliance with transaction facility arrangements (operational/reporting)
- Monitoring liquidity, funding, and cash requirements
- Cash management including reporting, forecasting, and transaction management
- Ensuring payments and treasury cashflows are settled in a timely manner
- Supporting the preparation of securitisation waterfalls for funding platforms
- Assisting with interest rate management and cross-border hedging transactions
- Identify process improvement opportunities (automation of reports )

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
- Previous relevant experience in Treasury related role
- Exposure to trust management, liquidity reporting/forecasting, and corporate debt management
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
