We have ambitious growth plans and need to ensure that our People and Culture team are resourced to continue to enhance the Tilt Renewables team through the development of great experiences for new and existing employees. This role will work with the People and Culture Executive to maximise engagement and performance, ensuring that Tilt Renewables is a great place to work.

Reporting to the People and Culture Executive this role will support the implementation and delivery of Tilt Renewables people initiatives which may include recruitment, reward and recognition programs, performance, and learning and development.

- General administration
- Supporting the remuneration review processes to ensure team members are remunerated fairly to market

- Being involved in driving a wellbeing culture
- Being curious and wanting to broaden or deepen your People and Culture knowledge / experience

**Your background**
- Minimum graduate degree in Human Resource or a related discipline
- Solid understanding of HR Systems
- Experience in supporting employees and managers through the employee life cycle.

As a member of the People & Culture team this is an important role and as such we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Experience in the coordination of the employee life cycle
