Blond Catering is looking for an energetic FOH Supervisor for our busy Café 44 at the prestigious Cruising Yacht Club of Australia and varied events. Experience in a high-volume environment is essential, as is a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.

Key requirements for the position include:

- Hands on leadership style, with experience in multiple hospitality operations
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work duties to meet deadlines
- Ability to think on your feet and be an effective problem solver
- Have the ability to effectively communicate with clients, members, staff and suppliers
- Ensure the team is providing a consistent, high standard of customer service
- Ability to train and develop staff members
- Assist with reservation enquiries
- Demonstrate high level of responsibility and ownership

To be successful in this position you must have:

- Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- RSA certificate
- Be a natural leader, driven towards positive outcomes
