We are seeking an efficient, friendly and well organised person to join our residential property management team. This role will be a front line position, working with an engaged, driven and collaborative team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

This role provides exposure to a variety of administrative duties within the property sector. You will have a passion for property, an attention to detail and a great personality.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Managing front reception desk and telephone
- Meet and greet clients
- Contractor main point of contact
- Tenant main point of contact
- Other administration duties as required

**Qualifications** About you**:

- A desire to learn and develop your skills
- Flexible, resourceful and proactive. A go getter who is keen to help.
- Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic & genuine drive to achieve

**To excel in this position, you will ideally have**:

- Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Willing to complete traineeship in Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
