**Our Sydney office has recently launched a Property & Place division and we’re looking for a new talented Designer.**

Here at Enigma, we use real world insights, technology, and connected creativity to create real chemistry between people and brands. We’ve been doing so for more than 30 years and we’re growing more and more each day.

That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a creative and confident Designer who can create real chemistry with brands through their designs. Someone that creates real chemistry with their co-workers and demonstrates creatively ambitious conceptual thinking, along with thoughtfully conceived solutions for on-going brand roll-out.

In your new role, you’ll predominately work across our Property & Place portfolio which consists of branding and design projects. You’ll interact regularly with the Professional Services team to ensure that their requirements are met by the design team. You’ll also work closely with the Creative Director to help deliver outstanding creative solutions and ensure that creative campaigns are developed to meet client objectives.

**You and the role**:
Working in our Surry Hills office, you’ll report directly to the Brand Creative Director and Property Business Partner. In this role you will develop conceptual directions, brand systems, guidelines, roll-out, and art direction of assets across our Property & Place portfolio. You’ll be capable of concepting, designing, and setting your own artwork to a standard of excellence and be capable of presenting work to prospective clients. Ideally, you’ll have some agency experience, but most of all you’ll be passionate, great with clients& ready to jump straight in on project delivery.
