Bene Aged Care is currently seeking passionate **Personal Care Workers** to join our team at the **St. Clair Residential Facility** on a **part-time basis**.

**Your Role as a PCW**
- Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks
- Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning
- Monitor health and wellbeing; report changes to clinical staff
- Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Promote dignity, respect, and independence for each resident

**What You’ll Bring**
**Essential**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in residential aged care
- Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
