**The Company**
Ventia are an operations, maintenance and services organisation operating globally in the resources, energy, industrial, infrastructure, rail, and property and defence sectors.

**The Role**
Ventia are currently looking to engage a Master Data Coordinator responsible for creating/maintaining transactional central master data support at the enterprise level through Shared Services service delivery. This is a permanent, fulltime position that will see you based in either Adelaide or Sydney.

**Responsibilities will include but not limited to**
- Responsible for providing helpdesk support in transactional process in Ariba, Concur, SAP purchasing (including materials management)
- Conduct periodic review of data objects within the Shared Services remit
- Assist in process education of master data through contributing to training delivery where required
- Support Master Data Manager in managing escalations or technical issues requiring resolution

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in ERP - SAP, preferable
- Degree in IT, Finance or equivalent
- Ability to work in high degree of autonomy
- Demonstrated understanding of transactional central (master) data
- Excel proficiency, highly preferred
