**Direct Support Worker - Sleepovers**

**(Part time)**
- **Permanent Part time**

**CCA supports people living with disabilities to live independently in their own home across the Sydney area. Support staff are wanted to join our team to assist people to be active and involved in their community by providing both in home and community-based supports. Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including sleepovers - with a range of shift times for new staff, available.**

**Your duties include**:

- Supporting people to complete every-day activities in their home - showering, dressing, cooking, cleaning
- Supporting people to be active in their chosen community
- shopping, attending events, going to medical appointments or simply going out to places of interest
- A commitment to assist people to achieve their personal goals and wishes
- Being committed to improving each person’s life in the way they wish

**You should have**:

- An interest in working people who live with disabilities
- Positive energy
- Enthusiasm
- Problem solving skills and energy
- NDIS Worker Clearance - or willing to obtain one
- COVID Vaccination and Booster
- Driver’s licence and a car would be preferred for day-time shifts but is not required for sleepover shifts.

Previous experience is not necessary
- a ‘can do’ attitude is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $32.00 - $33.23 per hour
