**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Lotus People are partnering with a fantastic holiday accommodation service who’s properties are beautiful and remote, for an extra special getaway With properties all over Australia, and it being peak season for them, they are extremely busy and need an extra pair of hands to assist with all things customer service and coordination.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This 4-6 week temporary role will see you liaising with customers across a variety of channels, ensuring that everything is running smoothly and that guests arrive to a beautiful well kept property for their stay. This is a fast paced role, with quick turnaround due to the short term stays that are generally booked. Office is located in Surry Hills, but also allows flexibility to work from home 3 days per week.

**DUTIES**
- Assist with coordination of housekeeping, repairs and maintenance across all properties
- Booking cleaners & trades, and ensuring completed on time
- Other admin duties as requested

**SKILLS**
- Outstanding customer service skills are a must
- Self starter with a great working attitude
