**About Us**:

The group operates across a variety of segments including accommodation, pubs and gaming, retail liquor, conference and events centres, chartered vessels, and both commercial and residential developments.

**The Venue**:
Set in the heart of the inner west off the Princes Hwy, Southern Cross Hotel is a sprawling three level venue. Defining features of the venue; the huge multi-level beer garden and eatery which is set in the centre of the pub. From the high-brick façade you will be surprised at the sheer size of the venue when you walk through the doors, which from bottom to top boasts a sports bar, a Public Bar, bottle shop and light-filled functions space near the top level.

**The Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic casual Food and Beverage staff to join our team and lead the venue to success. The team members will work across all food and beverage areas, functions and events, whilst delivering amazing service to our guests. Whether you’re a experienced food and beverage attendant or looking to start your career in Hospitality, we off full training and career progression for the right staff members

**Qualifications**:

- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Anticipating and addressing guests' needs to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Handling cash and card transactions with precision and integrity.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in all areas of the pub, including dining areas and service stations.
- Collaborating with colleagues to uphold high standards of service and teamwork.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- A valid RSA and RCG certificate or willing to obtain

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.04 - $43.52 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
