**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the UQ Sport Team. The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising and coordinating the bar and café operations across UQ Sport. Ensuring that high standards of service and profitability.

**In this role you will**:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the food and beverage options
- Supervising a team of Food & Beverage Attendants and Baristas
- Managing stock selection, ordering, promotions and pricing
- Monitoring customer preferences and sales trends
- Administering and negotiating contracts and service level agreements with suppliers, vendors and service providers
- Working as part of a wider UQ Sport team to organize and facilitate events and functions
- Identifying and driving business improvement opportunities for Food & Beverage in UQ Sport

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- RMLV
- Approved Manager (Liquor) Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in Supervisory role
- Extensive experience in managing medium scale functions, events, and food and beverage outlets.
