**Salary**: $76,515 per annum

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct on-site installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
- Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate job records.
- Liaise with clients to provide clear updates on job progress and equipment condition.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements at all times.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- AQF Certificate IV, or AQF Certificate III with at least two years of on-the-job training, OR at least three years of relevant work experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Proven experience in technical servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance requirements.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
