**Positions for both Experienced and Non Experienced persons - Full Training provided.**

**LOCATION**:Stafford (Brisbane North) & Bribie Island

Based on the north side of Brisbane with 3 retail shops located at Stafford, Eatons Hill and Bribie Island, Waterama services customers from Brisbane city north to Beerburrum and Bribie Island.

**The Positions**:
There are 2 positions - One is for an experienced person to fill the role of Retail Technician in either swimming pool or irrigation and the other is for an allrounder trainee.

The experienced person would have experience from at least one of the following industries:

- The Swimming Pool Industry
- The Irrigation industry
- The Retail & Trade Plumbing Industry

Trainees will be selected by their experience in industries which would be similar and /or their ability to demonstrate other skills that can be transferred to this role.

Preference will be given to those with any of the following attributes:

- Retail / Customer Sales experience - particularly in Pools or Irrigation
- In field Service / Technical work in Pools or Irrigation
- Workshop technician duties - the ability to repair pumps etc
- Administrative duties within a retail store

**Duties Include**:

- Greeting & Caring for Customers in an appropriate and professional manner
- Answering Telephones in a professional manner
- Performing water tests on swimming pool samples
- Providing Appropriate and accurate Advice to customers
- Assisting customers to purchase the correct products or spare parts for their needs
- Ordering of Stock
- Receiving in of goods
- Loading up warehouse with bulk stock
- Re-stocking product into the shop for retail
- Entering Data accurately into computers relative to sales, incoming stock, invoicing, receipts, stock-takes, pricing etc
- Preparing Quotes
- Following up Customers for Sales
- Following up Customers for final payments
- General Retail Shop Duties
- Possible workshop duties

**Hours of Work**:
The successful applicant will be required to work at varying times - 5 days a week - including weekends on a roster system.

**Remuneration includes**:

- A wage or salary according to age & experience / skills
- A commission system based on varying sales and other kpi's

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- STAFFORD, QLD 4053: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
