**About the Role**

We have opportunities for experienced Maintenance / Handypersons to join Cavpower, the Caterpillar Dealership for South Australia. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is to assist the Maintenance team members undertake work on site and at our various branch locations.

**Key responsibilities of the role include;**
- Painting
- Minor building repairs
- Gardening
- Maintenance of furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Minor construction works

**Your Skills**

We are looking for individuals who have trade qualifications, or equivalent experience. Someone who is highly competent in the use of hand and power tools and ideally have extensive experience in all aspects of maintenance including painting. You will have the ability to work unsupervised or as part of the team and have a high commitment to safety and quality.

You must have a can do attitude and be able to problem solve and possess a high level of organisational skills.

A current and valid unrestricted driver’s licence is essential and working at heights, EWP license, test and tag qualifications and a high-risk forklift licence or the willingness to undertake training is desirable.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year

- Adelaide CBD SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
