Maintenance Handyperson / Caretaker positions available in close proximity to the Adelaide CBD

Hays Recruitment are working with an organisation to assist in placing suitable Maintenance Officer / Handyperson’s based at a large facility just outside the Adelaide CBD. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of general building repairs, maintenance and handyman duties across a large site as well as undertaking some more general caretaking responsibilities.

Your new role

You will use your handyman skills to perform general preventative and reactive building maintenance duties such as basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and patching of walls, changing locks etc. From a caretaking perspective you will be required to assist in keeping the site clean and tidy such as litter collection and some minor grounds tasks. You will liaise with staff on site to report larger maintenance and health and safety issues to the onsite maintenance team.
