**Your new company**
This organisation is a national manufacturer that has been operating for over 100 years. They specialise in manufacturing building construction materials for residential and commercial buildings. As a Machine Operator you will be based out of their Queanbeyan branch, have access to free parking and work with the large scale team onsite.

**Your new role**
As a Machine Operator you will follow the direction of supervisors to work within the factory in a safe and efficient manner. You will also;
- Gradually learn how to operate a range of machinery to produce steel products
- Work within a team environment
- Operate the forklift if licensed to do so
- Learn to operate the gantry/overhead crane

**What you'll need to succeed**
As training will be provided the machines you won’t need to have operated in a steel manufacturing company before. You will need experience working in high risk environments across manufacturing, warehousing or even construction to ensure you are safety conscious and aware of potential hazards. You will also need;
- A can do attitude and keenness to learn
- A forklift license or gantry crane ticket is advantageous but not required
- The ability to work in Queanbeyan NSW as well as reliable transport to and from work

**What you'll get in return**
In this role you will receive an attractive hourly rate of $31 per hour and be given the training needed to be successful in your role. You will have access to free parking and work Monday to Friday in a casual fulltime ongoing capacity.
