This business is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to be the corner stone of this culture so the owner can continue growing the business to new heights **Your new role** As the Operations Manager for this manufacturing business you will take the lead on the day to day operations and take on tasks from the Director to free up their time for business development. This will mean you are responsible for: - Liaising across the factory and customer service sides of the business with department leads - Ensuring day to day operations run smoothly and that customer satisfaction remains a priority - Working with other department leads to manage the wellbeing and happiness of staff, through conflict resolution, compliance and safety reporting and resource availability - Completing monthly reviews, reports and planning - Working with the Director to manage ongoing recruitment / induction processes and maintenance of workplace culture **What you'll need to succeed** This role has a strong focus on leadership for the team, aside form having a strong focus on people management you will also have; - A background in manufacturing and production - preferred - Demonstrated experience in a similar operations level role - Excellent written and verbal communication - Ability to adapt quickly to situations - Great problem solving and decision making skills **What you'll get in return** This business values its people and knows that each person is different and that if you invest in people they will invest in you.
