The Role

The Compliance Manager role is a newly created role within Line 2 and will be closely supporting the Group Head of Compliance, responsible for assurance on compliance obligations and regulatory change to the group.

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Providing advice on the interpretation of compliance obligations.
- Proactive monitoring and communication of changes in the regulatory and legislative landscape
- Completing annual assessments on relevant control and compliance obligations
- Risk in change advisory and line 2 assurance
- Ad-hoc duties as required

**Your Profile**

Ideally you will have:

- Compliance experience in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of compliance risk management and frameworks, with the ability to draft and deliver policy changes
- A legal background is desirable but not essential
