APS Group is working in partnership with a leading manufacturer located in the northern suburbs. We are currently seeking people with previous experience in a production team/team leader role who are available to work ongoing.

**Your duties will include but will not be limited to**:

- Guiding and encouraging team members to meet targets and KPI's
- Checking the teams work prior to sending to Quality control
- Contact point between management and the team
- Assembly of water meters
- Ability to work in fast paced environments
- Able to meet production targets
- Able to operate hand tools and machinery
- Shift start times: 6am Dayshift

**To be successful in this role, you will have the following**:

- Previous experience working in production/assembly environment
- Proven experience as a team Leader or similar
- Available for IMMEDIATE start
- Own car and licence to get to and from work
- **Available to work ongoing & split shifts**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
