**The role**

We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for causal shifts in
**Aldinga Beach and surrounding areas **in the
**Southern Suburbs.** Your primary responsibility will be to support
**NDIS participants** living with a disability in their
**private homes.** This can involve manual handling, community access and personal care. This role is perfect for someone with a soft, person-centred approach, who is energetic and excited to make a difference in people's lives as well as being passionate about the work they do.

**Eligibility criteria**:

- Minimum of **6 months** paid experience in disability
- A **relevant qualification **in Disability, Aged Care or Individual Support
- **Must be willing to accept short shifts**:

- Must be willing to provide or obtain a **South Australian Working with Children's Check**:

- Must be willing to provide or obtain an **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- Must be willing to provide or obtain a **First Aid Certificate** (HTLAID003 or HLTAID011)
