In this role, you'll be responsible for retaining, optimising, and growing our customers, while introducing new technologies and optimising service delivery
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Balance of tech, commercial acumen and strong IQ/EQ for sales
- Excellent rapport building skills, ability to gain trust with customers and have a consultative approach to providing solutions
- Attitude to create and develop - be part of something that is growing, not all processes may be in place, but the support and encouragement to create and implement your ideas is
- Ambition and a drive to succeed
**Key Requirements**:
- Solid working knowledge of MS infrastructure and cloud business technologies: MS Servers, Office 365, Azure
NB: Not engineering or on the tools, you will need to be able to clearly articulate technical concepts of how, what, why and when to customers
- Commercial acumen: account management, project management, TAM, VITM, extensive stakeholder management internal and customers
- Strong presentation, attitude, and communication skills
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining networks and infrastructure
