**ActronAir is looking for a Project Sales Support superstar to join our SA Branch**

**ABOUT THE ROLE...**

Reporting to the State Manager - SA, you will step into a high-paced sales support role where no two days are the same.

Day to day tasks will include, but not limited to:

- Answering customer phone calls
- Addressing customer service inquiries
- Providing information to the sales team and customers
- Creating and processing sales orders
- Providing end to end project support to the sales team on all commercial projects.

To be successful in this role you will have the skills to multitask and be prepared to face challenges head on. This varied role requires someone who is driven and likes a challenge to drive client satisfaction.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:
**Commercial Sales Support**:

- Preparing quotes & tenders in accordance with customer requirements meeting specified deadlines.
- Tracking and following up on all targeted quotations, recording results and feedback from customers into the database
- Interpret mechanical specifications prior to selecting equipment or providing options to the customer.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through the promotion of supplementary and additional products/services to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries both over the phone & in person.
- Provide information and documentation to customers when required.

**ABOUT YOU...**

You have great time management and organisational skills, can work autonomously, focusing on a quality, delivering a high-level customer experience, whilst enjoying building customer relationships.

Ideally, you’ve worked in a similar role within the HVAC, Building / Construction or related industry, but this is not essential. You will be able to work with mínimal supervision and be willing and able to use your initiative. You have the ability to work under pressure, sometimes managing tight deadlines, and manage many varied tasks simultaneously. Further, you will have great diplomacy skills with a positive attitude.
