**ABOUT THE ROLE...**

Reporting to the State Manager SA, you will step into a high-paced sales support role where you'll be answering customer phone calls, dealing with customer service inquiries, providing information to the sales team and customers, creating and processing sales orders and providing end to end project support on all commercial projects.

You will have the challenge of dealing with different unpredictable issues that can come up and will need to find solutions to get the result and ensure the client is satisfied.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- ** Commercial Sales Support**:

- Prepare quotes & tenders in accordance with customer requirements;
- Adhere to established processes for selection, quotation and supply of technical data to both internal & external customers;
- Assess & analyse mechanical specifications prior to selecting equipment or providing options to the customer;
- Contact customers or consulting Engineers to discuss and assess requirements for set projects as needed or directed;
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through the promotion of supplementary and additional products/services to customers.
- ** Customer Service Support**:

- Respond promptly to customer enquiries both over the phone & in person;
- Assist customers with technical & complex matters;
- Provide information and documentation to customers when required;
- Track and follow up on all targeted quotations, recording results and feedback from customer into the system each time.
- ** Special Build Requests**:

- Prepare special build and/or variation requests for Engineering approval;
- Check that all part no's and pricing have been raised and entered into the system prior to finalizing quote;
- Keep customer updated in regards to progress of special build requests.

**ABOUT YOU...**

The Project Sales Support position requires someone with strong time management and organisational skills that can work autonomously, focusing on a quality, high-level customer experience.

This role requires someone who is willing to do all that is needed to ensure all quotes and tenders are delivered timely and efficiently.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Ideally have previous work experience in a similar role within the HVAC, Building or related industry;
- Be able to work with mínimal supervision;
- Use your own initiative when required;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage many and varied tasks simultaneously;
- Highly developed computer literacy;
- Strong Customer Service focus and Customer follow-up;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- High level of diplomacy with the ability to problem solve;
- Be open to further training and education in relation to our products, sales & customer service processes;
- Possess a positive attitude towards teamwork and accountability.

**Relevant qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning will be highly regarded.
- A working knowledge of mechanical concepts & working in the HVAC industry would also be an advantage.
