We’re looking for a **Manufacturing Services Manager** to join us at **Michael Hill’s Brisbane Support Centre** in a **full-time role (7 am to 3 pm)**. You’ll be the heartbeat of our sourcing and production operations, leading a dynamic team and keeping our global supply chain running like clockwork across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

**What’s the Opportunity?**

This isn’t just another admin role - it’s a chance to lead, innovate, and make a real impact. You’ll be managing everything from purchasing and inventory to supplier credits and goods returns, all while coaching a high-performing team and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead and energise a team to deliver top-tier manufacturing support.
- Own purchasing, inventory, and supplier processes with precision.
- Keep workflows smooth and deliveries on time.
- Solve problems, streamline operations, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, stores, and internal teams.
- Champion customer-first thinking in everything you do.
