About Us

Grantscapes Constructions is a Melbourne-based concreting subcontractor delivering **structural, civil, decorative concrete and landscaping solutions** across the commercial sector. We’re a trusted partner to Tier 2 and 3 builders, known for our reliability, capability and professional delivery.

As part of our growth, we’re taking on more **landscaping packages** alongside our concrete works. This makes us more attractive to builders, allowing them to package scopes together — ultimately giving them less hassle and one reliable subcontractor.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a **Landscaper / Labourer** with hands-on landscaping experience who is also comfortable working within concreting crews. This is a **balanced role**, with exposure to both trades. You’ll be involved in everything from planting and turf to paving and concreting works.

What You’ll Do
- Carry out a mix of **landscaping and concreting works** across commercial projects
- Soft landscaping: planting, turf, mulching, edging, soil prep and irrigation assistance
- Hard landscaping: paving, retaining walls, edging, garden beds and drainage
- Assist with concreting tasks: formwork, pours, screeding, finishing and clean-up
- Read and follow site plans and instructions to ensure accuracy
- Operate and care for hand tools, small equipment and plant
- Maintain a safe, tidy work environment on school and community sites
- Work effectively in a team and support crew leaders/leading hands

What You’ll Need
- Valid **White Card** (required)
- **Working With Children Check** (required, many of our sites are schools)
- Current **driver’s licence** and reliable car
- Experience in landscaping (commercial or residential)
- Physically fit, reliable, and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to work across both landscaping and concreting

Nice to Have
- Tickets for small plant (e.g. skid steer, excavator, forklift)
- Previous experience on school/government projects
- Knowledge of drainage and irrigation systems
