About Us

GOOD GRACE LANDSCAPING PTY LTD is a locally respected and rapidly growing landscaping company based in Wallan, Victoria. We specialise in creating high-quality residential and commercial outdoor environments, offering services ranging from design and softscape/hardscape construction to long-term maintenance.

We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Landscape Gardener to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional landscaping services to our valued clients.

The Role

As a full-time Landscape Gardener, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and maintaining outdoor spaces. This role suits an experienced individual who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and can thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planting, turfing, pruning, mulching, and general gardening tasks.
- Construct garden features such as retaining walls, paths, decks, and irrigation systems.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Interpret landscaping plans and ensure projects are completed to specifications.
- Maintain health and appearance of gardens through seasonal care routines.
- Adhere to safety procedures and company standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in landscaping or gardening (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (or equivalent experience).
- Sound knowledge of plants, soil, and garden maintenance.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s licence is preferred.
