**To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Assistant/Store Management role within the retail or hospitality sector.
- Exhibit a positive, dynamic, and hardworking attitude, displaying a willingness to learn and a significant impact on the team.
- Possess a customer-centric approach, enjoying the process of understanding individual needs.
- Be a creative thinker with a passion for visual merchandising, ensuring our store always looks immaculate.
- Demonstrate stock control expertise within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
