**The Opportunity**

You will be upskilled by Manhattan Consultants to become a Power User of our new WMS. You will work with our Operations team to ensure a seamless transition for all operators onto the new system.

**Your Responsibilities**
- During Project Rollout_
- Involved in workshops between Pet Circle and Manhattan to ensure operational aspects are carefully scoped and included in design/build documentation.
- Create and coordinate user acceptance testing plans in conjunction with external vendors.
- Develop SOPs for the day to day use of the WMS.
- Train other team members on SOPs for each key WMS functionality.
- Create and monitor an ongoing training matrix which will achieve an optimal capability outcome for the operations team.
- Post Go-Live_
- Oversee the daily operation of the WMS to ensure it is working according to the design specification.
- Be the key escalation point for system issues and troubleshooting accordingly.
- Coordinate scheduled systems maintenance and updates between internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop reporting as required by the business and operational leaders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives of how the system is operating in our fulfilment centres.
- Coordinate refresher and onboarding training for WMS users.

**Your Ideal Skills and Experience**
- A solid understanding of best practices in a warehouse environment (ideally high volume customer-focused B2C).
- Highly desirable experience in Manhattan Scale WMS at an administrator level.
- Desirable experience from within a Mechanised warehouse environment.
- Comfortable working on the warehouse floor (25%) as well as in an office environment (75%).
- Is a confident communicator with the ability to present.
- You have a proven ability to learn quickly and are motivated by coaching other team members.
- Qualifications:_

A tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Technology would be an advantage.

**Role Location**

At Pet Circle we believe that collaboration and team connection is key for success. This role will be based at our Eastern Creek fulfilment centre 5 days per week with flexibility to work from home when required.

There will be expectation in this role to travel interstate when the rollout to other fulfilment centres commences.
