Ayan Infotech has an urgent and immediate requirement for a Power Platform Administrator for a long term contract position in Sydney.

All applicants must have full unrestricted work rights in Australia.

**Title: Power Platform Administrator**
**Location: Sydney**
**Type: Contract (6 months)**

**Required Skills and Experience**:
**Primary skill**: Power Platform Administrator (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Must have experience:

- Knowledge on CoE, Dataverse.
- Ability to manage Security, Capability, Licensing, performance, and Capacity in PowerApps (environment).

**Role(s)/ Duties**:
**Capability**
- Add Dataverse database to environment
- Check for feature deprecations
- Check for new connectors
- Configure trial environment sign up
- Convert environment type
- Enable managed environment
- Manage DLP policy change requests
- Manage the maintenance window for environments
- Review new connector requests

**Capacity**
- Check capacity
- Create environment
- Delete an environment
- Track and clean up unused Power Apps
- View capacity consumption reports

**Consistency**
- Check for orphaned Power Apps
- Rename environment
- Restore deleted Power App
- Update Power App template
- Licensing - Estimate and request licence

**Migration**
- Copy an environment
- Copy/ export environment
- Import data
- Migrate environment to different geo
- Performance
- Back up environment
- Check failing flows
- Power Apps activity queries
- Raise support ticket for Environment
- Set up Application Insights for Canvas App

**Security**
- Add a user to a Dataverse role
- Add app to quarantine
- Add co-owner to Canvas app
- Create Active Directory Access Packages to manage access to Power Apps
- Create new Env DLP policy
- Create security groups
- Create security roles in Dataverse
- Migrate Power App to environment
- Power Automate audit log query
- Remove app from quarantine

**Stability**
- Check service health
- Reassign Power App
- Recover environment
- Reset environment
- Restore cloud flow
- Review lockbox request
- Set environment to administration mode
