Currently we have an opportunity for someone who will challenge the status quo, deliver with speed and urgency and exceed expectations to join our Toowoomba team. This is a full time role working 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Relationships are the key to your success, engaging with clients, consultants, and management alike to ensure employment outcomes are successful.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assessment of claims
- High level or administration, data entry and analytical skills
- Track and follow through with all contractual requirements of a placement
- Support clients and job seekers where required
- Use proactive approach to minimise disruptions
- Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures

**The Person**:

- Excellent relationship builder
- A natural Communicator, negotiator, and mediator
- The ability to build instant relationships with a diverse range of people
- Demonstrated experience multitasking with varying deadlines
- A genuine respect for all customers regardless of the situation
- Team player - self driven and motivated
- Strong digital and administration skills
- Experience within Employment services ( preferred not essential)
