**Essential Job Responsibilities**:

- Scanning of files;
- Record management of files;
- File storage;
- Adhoc administration duties.

**Knowledge / Skills**:

- Previous administration experience;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Must be a quick learner;
- Strong IT skills
- Organizational and prioritization skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and manage own time;
- Results focused;
- Understanding of Medical Terminology preferred but not essential;
- Ability to complete repetitive scanning tasks.

**OH&S Considerations**:

- Must be physically fit and able to lift and move boxes containing files of up to 15 kilograms;
- Must be able to complete repetitive tasks;
- Must be able to travel into our South Melbourne office daily Monday to Friday;
- Work is conducted from our South Melbourne office, however, we follow and maintain a strict Health and Safety Policy, in order to ensure our employees' wellbeing.

**Job Type**:

- Part time casual
- 6 weeks.
- Must be available to work across the hours of 9-2 Monday to Friday. Please note that this may change, depending on workflow, so flexibility is essential.

**Salary**: $26 per hour plus superannuation

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
