**Your new role**

Executive Officer (Temporary, 3.5 Week Hybrid Role)

Location: Frankston, Victoria, Australia

Duration: 29th May - 24th June

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage meetings, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas and distribute relevant materials.
- Facilitate catering arrangements for meetings.
- Take accurate meeting minutes.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to board, committees, and executive functions.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Main Skills Required:

- High-Level Administration: Proficiency in managing administrative duties at an advanced level.
- Advanced Diligent User Preferred: Familiarity with diligent software or tools is advantageous.
- Advanced Office Suite User: Competence in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new concepts swiftly.
- Initiative-Taker: Proactive and self-motivated. Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of addressing challenges effectively.
- Experience:

- Relevant administrative experience.
- Familiarity with diligent software (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
