Dreamworld is Australia’s biggest theme park, with rides, slides and wildlife all in one place on the Gold Coast - Australia's playground. SkyPoint is perched on level 77 of the Q1 Building, a sheer 230m above Surfers Paradise. SkyPoint is Australia’s only beach side observation deck offering views from Brisbane to Byron Bay.

We host around one million visitors each year with a staff of more than 1000 including ride operators, lifeguards, climb leaders, engineers, entertainers, animal carers and many more all focused on one mission - creating happy memories that last a lifetime

**The Opportunity**

Responsibilities will include:

- Coordination of the end to end recruitment process, including (where applicable) briefing, advertising, screening, participation in interviews and assessment centers, offer generation, and coordination of onboarding experience and process for a wide range of both professional and front line positions.
- Management of the injury and return to work process
- Support, coach, and train team members, supervisors, and managers in people processes, providing consistent and thoughtful advice and interpretation in relation to policy, process and legislation
- Participate in performance and disciplinary processes in support of fair and consistent outcomes
- Support and execution of P&C initiatives across our diverse workforce, including activations and events, training and education, and other campaign projects like engagement surveys, performance reviews etc.

**About you**
You will have a demonstrated background working in a generalist role with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar advisory level role. Ideally you will have strong recruitment skills with experience in volume recruitment and be comfortable in a fast paced, busy environment that will see you managing multiple roles and competing demands.
