**Delivering high-quality homes and facilities at scale, with multiple active sites and more launching, we’re seeking an experienced**_ _**Site Supervisor or Leading Hand looking for their next step up within our residential construction team, we are building our residences in a window of 12 -16 weeks and so are looking for someone with an eye for detail, quality and production experience.**

**About the Role**:
As a volume and production builder, we need someone who understands the fast-paced nature of high-volume residential construction. You’ll be responsible for running the site, managing the team of Labourers, Plant Operators and Contractors delivering homes on time and to budget, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

You’ll be a decision-maker who can spot potential challenges early, provide effective solutions, and keep projects moving smoothly. We're looking for someone with a trade background, strong leadership skills, and a knack for building great relationships. - QBCC Supervisor Licence is preferred, but we will put you through the qualification if you are a talented production builder.
- Extensive experience in volume/production residential construction
- Proven background managing sites efficiently taking into account the Health and Safety of the teams
- OH&S detailed understanding, qualifications even better
- Drivers Licence
- Proactive and action oriented, someone who takes responsibility and delivers the agreed outcomes.
- Experienced in managing a team of labourers and plant operators.
- Trade background essential, preferably in carpentry
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make informed decisions quickly
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Someone who leads by example
- Highly competent in IT and software, especially Onsite Companion
- A professional who values quality, accountability, and teamwork

Working as a team the two management (Site Manager and Supervisor) roles split, one at the start of the build getting the framing done etc, the other role does all the finishes. Working closely together to ensure that everyone is where they are supposed to be at the right time and at the highest level of quality. You will be working on about 10 houses in different stages of construction at one time, the build should take 12-16 weeks, depending on whether it's a single storey or split-level home that you are building at that time. Your role is to utilise onsite companion and ensure that all the contractors are where they should be doing what they are supposed to, ensuring that you are ahead of them so that all supplies are delivered on time. Ensuring that you call them to site at the right time, when they can work full tilt, no downtime, as they should be literally moving from one house to the next if you are doing your job right
