**Job description**:
The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to support the governance of TCE across the Group and provide efficient TCE processes and month end project accounting support processes to Divisional Business Partnering teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the delivery and strengthening of the governance, methodology and framework for TCE reporting across the Group, including timetable, approach, process, assumptions and system hierarchies to ensure that outputs are delivered to a common standard across the Group
- Coordinate the provision of financial support used to define TCE targets and forecasts that is aligned to the Group’s TCE productivity goals (short-term and long-term)
- Contribute to the delivery of expense (TCE) targets for Divisions and enable Finance teams to support their key stakeholders to make informed decisions on trade-offs required to achieve their individual and the Group’s expense targets. This includes providing insights and recommendations which support the achievement of (and/or close any gaps in) performance and targeted outcomes
- Contribute to the development of financial performance (TCE) reporting across the Enterprise that enables GLT level decision making related to the investment choices, improvement pathways and recommendations to enable the achievement of TCE targets for the Group.
- Execute the budgeting, forecasting & roll forward analysis process for the Group’s TCE, prepared in accordance with IAG timetables and requirements. This will include specific support for Group Services Divisions.
- Responsible for providing financial support across the Group, including business partnering support, financial modelling, operational financial support and advice for initiatives, benefits realisation, sensitivity analysis and other deep dive financial analysis
- Execute the month end process for Divisional Business Partnering teams with a deep understanding of productivity and cost drivers
- Contribute as required to the successful delivery of, and execution towards elements of the CFO Plan and other process improvement opportunities across Enterprise Finance
- Develop, maintain and influence key relationships across IAG to support the successful delivery of key objectives through alignment of financial, operational and strategic goals
- Provide support to colleagues within the Enterprise Finance team and the broader Finance team as required
- Awareness and compliance with the Group Delegations & Authorities Policy
**Skills & Experience**
- Minim 8 years Financial Management Accounting expertise required
- Experience in finance and accounting including financial management/reporting, technical accounting knowledge and business commerciality
- Understanding of business and financial impacts of operational decisions
- Knowledge of finance reporting systems and frameworks
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask, adhere to deadlines and perform under pressure
- Demonstrated financial modelling skills
- Good interpersonal skills and an effective communicator
- Experience in analysing the underlying drivers of Total Controllable Expenses
- Tertiary qualifications, i.e. Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CA/CPA/CIMA qualified (or on the path to completion)
