**Receptionist - Join Our Friendly Specsavers Team**

Are you a people person with a passion for providing outstanding customer service? We are looking for a **motivated, organised and experienced** receptionist to join our busy and friendly Specsavers practice.

**Location: Brunswick**

**Employment Type: Casual**

**Start Date: Immediate start available**

**About the Role**

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers and assisting with inquiries
- Managing appointment bookings and patient records
- Supporting the clinical and retail teams with administrative tasks
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and well-organised

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confident in using computers and scheduling systems
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- At least 1- 2 years of previous experience in a reception is a must

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
