Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join the team on high-rise construction sites. In this role, you will ensure that projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Undertake site QA audits across the portfolio of projects and prepare reports summarising quality issues, observations, non-conformance, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with site-team members to close out QA audit reports effectively.
- Review, monitor, and provide feedback on a project’s quality to various levels of management.
- Document quality concerns and performance measurements for management review.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to enhance overall project performance.
- Contribute to the continual development of Quality Management Plans, systems, and procedures, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
- Promote awareness across project teams and provide on-board training in the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and relevant systems.
- Develop and maintain Quality Control functions within online repositories such as Procore.
- Provide reports, including the compilation of Quality Committee minutes and quality tracking data across sites.

Qualifications/Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field desirable.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control in large high-rise projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations in accordance with Australia's building code.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in quality management systems.
