**Shift Option 1** - 12-hour on Dayshift.
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7 am - 7 pm
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7 am - 7 pm, Thursday 7 am - 3 pm
- Fortnightly pay of 76 hrs ordinary, 3 hrs T1.5, and 1 DT (No shift allowance)
**Shift Option 2** - 8 -hour on Dayshift.
- Hours: 6.45 am - 2.45 pm (Overtime Avalible & Weekends)
- Average weekly pay of 38 hrs ordinary
**Shift Option 3** - 12-hour on Nightshift.
- Hours: 6.45 pm - 6.45 am on rostered days (Night Shift)
- 30% shift allowance on ordinary hours worked
- Average weekly pay of 38 hrs ordinary, 2 hrs T1.5, plus 38 hrs shift allowance
- Additional hours worked are paid at T2.0
- Site covered by EBA Coburg Collective Agreement

**YOUR ROLE**
As a vital part of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and efficient operation of plant and machinery in designated areas. With a focus on cost-effectiveness and the production schedule, your role will involve a good understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work as a maintenance fitter and perform general duties as required (e.g., sweeping, forklift operation, general assistance, and ad hoc duties as directed by management)
- Identify faults and perform breakdown repairs to minimize downtime caused by production machinery and equipment
- Inspect, test, and maintain machinery and equipment in process and packaging areas
- Perform general plant and building maintenance work
- Comply with workplace health and safety requirements
- Foster positive work relationships within the team
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Maintenance fitting role, preferably in manufacturing
- Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter
- Forklift license is required
- Must have own tools
- Experience in an FMCG or Manufacturing facility
- Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings
- Commitment to attending and completing all required training
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of WHS regulations/procedures
