**The Role**
The Awards, Promotion and Alumni Team promotes vocational education and
training career pathways through the Australian Training Awards, Australian VET Alumni
and key strategic partnerships.

In delivering its objectives, the team manages several contracts and strategic relationships with stakeholders and service suppliers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Director, the Program Manager will be responsible for managing the key strategic partnerships, including National Skills Week, Adult Learners Week and WorldSkills Australia. This includes leading the procurement and contract management of these key partnerships that raise awareness of vocational-based careers through various communications, media, events and stakeholder outreach.

The Program Manager will be responsible for all associated briefings to the Senior Executive and Minister’s Office as well as collaborate with the department’s Strategic Communications Team on promotional content.

The Program Manager will also support the delivery of the Australian Training Awards program. This could include contributing to briefings and procurements to support the delivery of the Australian Training Awards program.
