**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Supervise and lead a team of staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
- Ensure the store meets all safety and cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Monitor and control stock levels, ordering products as needed to meet demand.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage store budgets, including expenses and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and safety regulations.
- Organize promotional events and in-store displays to attract customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Store Manager** or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
- Knowledge of retail operations and financial management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (required)
