An exciting and full-time opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing - Domestic to join our Domestic Retail Portfolio Health Insurance Marketing team.
Reporting to the General Manager, Health Insurance Marketing you will be responsible for leading the strategy and campaign activity for Bupa’s largest marketing portfolio to drive Health Insurance (HI) growth in the Australian market.
You will be predominantly focused on driving the marketing acquisition activity to drive measurable performance through our direct and partner channels while also coordinating our HI lead sponsorship activity whilst driving a high-performance culture within the Health Insurance Marketing team, upskilling across strategy, business acumen, risk, campaign management, creative effectiveness, and measurement.
This is a hybrid role and can be based from our Melbourne or Sydney CBD office locations.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Leading translation of business strategy into marketing strategy for Domestic & Partnerships portfolios.
- Leading an annual calendar of activity across communications, campaigns and sponsorship to ensure alignment with business strategy and KPIs.
- Leading creative innovation and inspiration to upskill the Health Insurance Marketing team.
- Leading procurement and management of external creative resources to ensure creative effectiveness and improve efficiency.
- Leading marketing measurement and reporting to demonstrate clear ROI on media spend.
- Leading agency reporting to ensure efficiency and ensuring our external creative and media resources are set up to help Bupa to become a centre of creative and media excellence, ensuring best value-for-money.
- Leading annual budget management across Domestic & Partnerships Marketing portfolio.
- Supporting the General Manager of Marketing to build a high-performance culture within the Insurance Marketing team.
- Direct management of the Domestic & Partnerships Marketing team (4 FTE).
- Build the team’s reputation as experts in marketing, creative and media.
- Modelling the Bupa values of Brave, Responsible and Caring.

**What do I need?**
- Experience in marketing and End to End Integrated campaign delivery experience.
- Experience delivering through the line digital campaigns & creative marketing, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Ex Advertising or Media agency experience would be highly regarded.
- A Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related business discipline (desirable).
