For over three decades, the skilled Inner West Sydney dentists at our clients clinic have striven to change the view of patients from “hate coming to the dentist” to “like coming to the dentist”.

Established in 1989, our client was later taken over by two dedicated and passionate sisters. They have a team of four dentists with one visiting dentist and they deliver comprehensive oral health services in a highly gentle manner.

**This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days of dental assisting duties and 2-3 days a week of reception duties**

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- Proven experience working in a dental office
- Working knowledge of dental terminology
- Certification in office administration, medical administration or related fields
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice
- Dental assisting duties
- Scheduling, rescheduling or cancelling appointments as needed
- Assisting patients to fill out informational forms
- Updating patients’ records and documents recent treatments and procedures
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed
- Performing general office duties as required
