**Your role**:
As the Human Resources Consultant you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic and innovative initiatives focused on the management of applicant and employee talent for teaching and non-teaching roles in state schools and departmental work units. This role reports to the Senior HR Consultant with key responsibilities that include:

- Establish effective working relationships with colleagues including the provision of positive performance management and provide ongoing support through regular PDP's and one on one's
- Manage operational workforce and oversea the delivery of service level agreements in a fast-paced work environment
- Provide advice and support to stakeholders, senior officers and staff on specific issues relating to human resource services provided by the Unit.
- Undertaking systematic reviews of workforce arrangements including the development and revision of processes and systems.
- Monitor and analyse trends and development initiatives in the broader HR environment to support the development, coordination and communication of innovative products and services in a continuously improving environment.
