**What you’ll do
- Provide expert advice in the development and implementation of transport safety frameworks, guide and assist business units (e.g. Woolworths 360, MyDeal, WLiving, Pet Stock, Greenstock, PDF), operations including external customers & 3PL partners
- Coach and lead teams to enable the Woolworths business to safely expand in domestic, international and multimodal transport and warehousing
- Embrace agile principles and make a difference in a dynamic environment, ensuring safety risks are controlled
- Develop and maintain strong positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Consult and lead proactive, innovative solutions to deliver best practice outcomes

**What you’ll bring
- 6+ years of operational transport safety/chain of responsibility experience, ideally, in retail / supply chain industry
- Knowledge of the Heavy Vehicle National Law and Regulations Nnational heavy vehicle law
- Ability to handle complex problems with high ambiguity where solutions are not clearly defined
- Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Availability to travel regularly intestate Capability to work across diverse requirements within an operational environment
