As the **Events Customer Solutions Manager**, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and account management functions delivering, accurate, creative, innovative and compelling programs in response to existing and new customer proposal briefs.

**What you will be doing**:

- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Ensuring successful delivery of RFP’s and quotations including research, accurate and compelling content
- Developing tailored proposals and detailed budgets that align with client needs, and project goals to support successful business outcomes
- Driving supplier engagement through strategic negotiation, fostering innovation, and building collaborative partnerships to enhance value and deliver competitive solutions

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience in events industry/group travel industry
- Events operations experience
- Sound knowledge of procurement, product and market trends and negotiating skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office - Excel and PPT
- Experience in project management
