Personal Assistant

This role serves as the glue that holds our company together by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and working closely with the General Manager to provide support where needed. This role would has the flexibility of FT hours or PT hours, depending on the person's skillset.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Logically assessing and directing all incoming calls to the appropriate person/team.
- Data analysis and providing insight and reports to the management team.
- Monitoring and collating information from various sources for our store locations across the country.
- Identifying areas for improvement across our store locations and providing feedback.
- Daily tracking of timesheets and logistics.
- General office and administration tasks.
This key role will suit a positive, creative thinker and self-starter with excellent organisational and time-management skills who wants to make a difference. To be successful in this role you would need:
- At least 3 years’ experience in an Office Coordinator and/or high level Administration role preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure our customers receive exceptional customer service from the first point of contact to the last.
- A commitment to ensuring consistency of processes and work-flows across our teams and locations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly developed written skills and the ability to be flexible and responsive.
- The ability to work well independently as well as part of a supportive and high-functioning team.
- Qualifications in business or administration areas are highly regarded.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Friendly, positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Ability to act with initiative.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Well-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sanctuary Cove, QLD 4212: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 2 years (preferred)
