You'll be a key member of our Credit Control team. You'll be providing excellent operational support to businesses in Australia. Based within our Perth office, you'll also be working with offshore shared services in Malaysia & Bangalore.

**You'll be a great fit if;**
- Hold a Bachelors Degree or above in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
- You've got 3-5yrs experienc in collections, credit control, credit management, billings & process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills verbal & written
- Experience working in the recruitment industry with global scale clients will be a big advantage
- Microsoft Navision exposure will be an added advantage.
- Any experience using self-billing systems like Ariba / IQN etc.
- Good interpersonal & time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills & attention to detail

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Conducting credit checks on new clients & ensuring new client onboarding processes are followed.
- Working closely with the consultant, payroll & shared services billing teams in relation to invoice payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity & monitoring debtors balances.
- Conduct weekly credit control review with internal stakeholders.
- Dealing with internal queries about payments, payment terms & negotiating repayment plans.
- Regular contact with customers to discuss & improve the invoicing process.
- Identifying changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness.
- Conduct debtor’s ledger account reconciliation as necessary.
- Tenacity and the ability to have difficult conversations where necessary.
- Manage communication with clients & internal stakeholders as well as providing accurate advice on billing queries.
