**The Role**

We are seeking a Credit Control officer to join our team in our Subiaco Head Office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Credit checks & setting up new accounts
- Generating invoices and claims into the system
- Monitoring AR inbox and communicating with customers
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Liaising with operational staff in relation to accounts on hold
- Running end-of-month customer statements
- Assisting with ad-hoc month-end procedures/reporting
- Processing receipts against customers’ accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.

**The successful applicant will ideally have**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in accounts receivable (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and high data accuracy skills
- Commitment to a high-performance team culture
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge.
- Experience in word, excel, outlook.
- Microsoft Dynamics experience (preferred)
