As a Technology Solutions Trainer, you'll lead the delivery of training programs, stay up to date on Komatsu’s technology and industry trends, providing expert insights on system functionalities, software updates, and new product features. that empower our staff and customers to harness the full potential of these innovations. **What we are looking for**:

- STEM qualifications or equivalent experience
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way.
- 5+ years' experience in mining, construction, training, technology, or IoT
- Experience in civil construction, survey practices, or training (desirable)
- Familiarity with automation, IoT, or IIoT (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability in training and assessment with an agile approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization
- Customer-focused, with strong internal relationship skills
- Professional, adaptable, and cooperative
- Flexible with travel
