**The Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced **Compliance Officer** to join our Training Department.
Reporting to the General Manager - Komatsu Training Academy, the purpose of the role is to manage the RTO's compliance standards to a high and practical level across the learning business, and ensure the RTO is compliant in all aspects of its operation against the Standards for RTOs as regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
This is a role that will require someone who is up for a challenge, manage change and wants to make a difference.

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Experience in RTO compliance
- Extensive knowledge of the VET & Standards for Registered Training Organisations
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated understanding of the vocational education sector
- Sound knowledge of processes and associated record keeping
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in coordinating & implemtating RTO’s compliance requirements
- Flexibility & adaptability to work respectfully according to client needs
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of Axcelerate and Cloud Assess would be beneficial for RTO reporting requirements
- Highly developed conflict resolutions, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong strategic direction and planning experience
- Personal discipline in prioritising work loads
